O’Connor's individualized home evaluations bring his experience as an occupational therapist from the continuum of care including home & community based setting. This experience, coupled with his Gerontology Minor result in a realistic perspective on sensitivity to the needs of older adults who wish to remain in their home as independently as possible, as well as modifications for temporary or long term disabilities. O'Connor successfully completed the requirements established by the National Association of Home Builders and is designated a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist ("CAPS"). We are pleased to offer solutions for home modification recommendations for safety and accessibility of those aging-in-place that we serve.
I am excited to use the backdrop of “April is OT Month” to announce we’ve moved our studio office!
We remain in the Old Town Medical Arts Building but are now on the 3rd floor with significantly larger space to better serve our patients and families!
This moves allows us to partner to share clinical studio space with Chris Sovey, DPT, BSN, RN. Chris is launching his private practice Healthy Consumer Physical Therapy.
Chris’s background in nursing and practice in pain management and DNS (dynamic neuromuscular stabilization) and his commitment to quality rehabilitation are all reasons I am excited about the potential to collaborate for those we serve at O’Connor Occupational Therapy Services PLLC!
Please check back to our website – as an Open House will be scheduled.
Chris’s website is http://healthyconsumerpt.com/
To your good health!
