O’Connor's individualized home evaluations bring his experience as an occupational therapist from the continuum of care including home & community based setting. This experience, coupled with his Gerontology Minor result in a realistic perspective on sensitivity to the needs of older adults who wish to remain in their home as independently as possible, as well as modifications for temporary or long term disabilities. O'Connor successfully completed the requirements established by the National Association of Home Builders and is designated a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist ("CAPS").
